What is Pheasant Fest? Pheasant Fest is a trade show that will focus on wildlife conservation, upland game bird hunting, dog training, and wildlife habitat management and restoration. In connection with the trade show, Pheasants Forever will hold seminars on habitat improvement, pheasant hunting, shooting sports, wild game cooking, dog training, conservation and lots more! Pheasant Fest is open to the public.

Kansas City, Mo. - February 19 - Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic concluded today, drawing 22,136 attendees to the weekend event at the Kansas City Convention Center. The national convention and outdoor tradeshow, presented by Cabela’s, was in Kansas City for the first time.
National Pheasant Fest 2011

Pheasant Fest's return to Omaha marked the sixth consecutive time Pheasants Forever has drawn more than 20,000 at its signature event. More than 1,000 individuals signed up as Pheasants Forever members at the Omaha event, including more than 70 who joined the organization as a Life Member. The U.S. Department of Agriculture also announced a new Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) general signup at Pheasant Fest, where Pheasants Forever also celebrated the 25th anniversary of the program.

Pheasant Fest's return to Des Moines helped Pheasants Forever sign up 1,021 new Pheasants Forever members, including 40 Life Members. The highlight of the event came when U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced a new Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) general signup, the first since 2006.
National Pheasant Fest 2009

Despite being located outside of core pheasant country, Madison, Wisconsin became the "Pheasant Capital of the World" for the first time in the city's history during three February days in 2009. The show opened with nearly 1,000 in attendance for the show's grand kick-off, a Bird Dog Parade of over 34 different sporting dog breeds. The excitement carried into the weekend, as 20,255 turned out to see over 600 exhibit booths, hundreds of bird dogs and dozens of educational seminars. The attendance total includes over 1,100 new PF members and 500 landowners who visited the Fest's Landowner Habitat Help Room. The 2009 event also featured PF's first-ever Renewable Energy & Wildlife Habitat Forum.
2008 Pheasant Fest

Despite frigid sub-zero temperatures in Saint Paul, 29,802 turned out to see the over 300 unique exhibitors, hundreds of bird dogs, and dozens of educational seminars. The attendance total included over 2,000 new PF members who joined over the three days of the event.
2007 Pheasant Fest

Held at the Iowa Events Center, the 2007 National Pheasant Fest proved to be another huge success. The event included over 625 exhibitor booths and introduced a myriad of new attractions to the exciting 3-day event.

Back by popular demand, Pheasants Forever held another national Pheasant Fest in Omaha, NE. The event was held at the Quest Center and included 325 exhibitor booths. This event had a $2.5 million impact on the city of Omaha.
