Ingredients:- 1-2 pheasant breasts
- 1 small pepper (as hot as you like it)
- Cheddar cheese
- Other taco type toppings
- Tortilas Cut pheasant breasts into 3-4 inch strips
Saute pheasant and peppers in butter until done Build Fajitas Enjoy.
